I'm not so sure about that for 2 reasons:
1. Most of the 360 owners I know had PS2 as their prior console of choice (including me), i.e. - there's no way I would buy a PS3 just to play DMC4 or GTA4 considering I have a 360.
2. The software sales of current gen multi-platform games seem to show that significant titles, such as AC or COD4, sell better on the 360 due to the larger installed base.
I just can't imagine the larger base of 360 owners walking into a store, seeing DMC4 or GTA4, and then saying to themselves, "gee, I really want to play that game, so I'd better buy a PS3 so I can use the Sony controller instead of the MS controller I already own." Well, not very many, anyway.
