It will make a difference, but how big of a difference depends on Kinect, game lineup, bundles, and competition.
I am somewhat doubtful of Kinect's impact, but I agree that a good pricing can change things.
Microsoft usually has good lineups and bundles so there should not be much to worry about.
Nintendo seems to be picking up the pace recently. Not too sure about Sony.
