Japan getting 3DS this year is basically a sure thing imo. Honestly, I also really think Europe will get it this year, as the DS software market has basically collapsed there due to piracy. America may have to wait until Q1, largely because America's basically the only market where there's no real need for 3DS from Nintendo's vantage point...
