Did Nintendo just Dreamcast the PSP2?

-Being a Phone (Does not count cu u know) in the End, phone games are cool (and i love some android games on my phone) but its like u play than for what 5 min and it starts to repeat itself over and over) And even if it is a FULL PSP with phone on , would be too much money to burn , with fee for at and t or verizon, and for that alone i would not consider it a relevant competitor for 3DS.

so why not the PSPphone?

if the PSPphone get's PSP game's what would be anything other than it being a phone and it's design that is not like the psp we have now in functionality?
