It is easy to charge up the Move controllers -- use any USB ports...
Also if you want to be smart remember that the Navigation controller is optional and you can use a Sixaxis/DS3 instead. Therefore you only need 2 standard controllers 2 Move controllers for 2 players, and since people can cope with having 4 standard controllers and charging them, i don't see how the move controllers will be any different.
As for Move targeting consumers who don't know how to charge devices via USB, well if they can't figure it out (hint: the PS3 manual tells you how) then they will have difficulty playing PS3 games (and even Wii games !)
