| okr said: Was that necessary, SimonSaysFYou? OT: I'm probably in the minority here, but I don't think it was due to time pressure. In my opinion the continuation of their press conference on http://e3.nintendo.com/ with interviews and even more game announcements was an extreme clever idea. |
Your right there, I watched awhile on the Nintendo site after Reggie said their would be more coverage there. I kept going back for updates every hour or so. I'm not sure what benefit it would be for Nintendo to get everyone to go on their website.
Unless it could have been like a poll. How many people were watching and die hard enough to go on the website and watch. Get an idea of how many die hard fans are out there watching their conference.
I also never thought of the 3DS hands on time. Someone suggested it may have been kept short so everyone could get hands on with the 3DS and that makes sense. Nintendo sure had a heck of alot to cram into such a short period it would have been amazing to see them cram all of the extra info in.
