Lastly, let me say that I would like to see Sony make a PSP2, because it's going to do more harm than good for them.

Hmmm... why do you think so?

Sure Sony is currently being caught between a rock and a hard place but they should at least try to save as much of their core market as possible (we don't know yet how much of Sony's usual support Nintendo "stole" thus far).

Think long-term: if Move happens to fail (and I have to say they've done a way better job than Microsoft at keeping their core audience happy so far... Think of Kevin Butlers speech, hehe ) a small but stable PSP business could prove to be of great value for them. In the end they've got a lot of first party titles for their core gamers so it's not like their consoles would stop selling because of less third part support. (Though if they try to do some sort of "casual gaming" thing with the next PSP your comment would make sense).
