I actually think the US may get it last. Japan and Europe are Q4 this year for sure imo, America may not be until Q1 due to (1) incredible strength of DS hardware AND software here and (2) utter failure of PSP hardware and software here. In Japan and Europe they have more reason to rush the cycle. I expect dates by at least TGS though.
I'm positive the US price will be $199 too. I can't see Nintendo going any higher, and I can't see them getting away with making a return on anything lower.
