Third parties seem to have learned their lesson and they won't write off Nintendo as a non-factor anymore. Even in the worst case scenario, third parties will spread their support more evenly among the next generation of home consoles to be on the safe side. After all, analysts have proven that they are not capable of predicting the market, so it's a bad idea to put all eggs into the same basket. Because being on the wrong side can mean a lot of lost money.

AGREE with that statement completely.

Don't want Wii3D though.  Don't care for 3D unless Nintendo makes the TV LCD too.  Then it's a go for Wii3D.  But aside from all that stuff, I'm happy having a more powerful wii.  I'm happy with the current wii but if a more powerful one will get publishers to put titles on ALL consoles, then I'm all for it.  I want to play games that are 360/PS3 only and it's frustrating to have these developers ignore a cheaper development platform.  Shooters are great on Wii and with Move being official now, I would hope to see the same FPS titles on PS3 AND Wii from here on out.  But it's only wishful thinking.

Consoles owned: NES, N64, PS1, GC, PS2, Wii.
