If a platform doesn't sell software in the top#30 - it doesn't matter what % of them are made by 3rd-party devs.
Early in its life - the DS was all Ninty. It took a couple of years for 3rd-party devs to jump on board.
The Wii is following exactly the same pattern - in 2 years time, you'll see 60% of titles selling well on it are from 3rd-party devs.
