No, Re:Coded was confirmed for regular DS (it's being converted by h.a.n.d. and uses the 358/2 days engine).  KH 3DS is something else (KH3?).

KH 3DS is probably Team Osaka's next game.

I believe it.  Lines up perfectly timeline wise, and they probably won't want to do another PSP iteration considering it wouldn't release for another 1-2 years.

But the "demo" part in the title has me worried...I hope it's not just some tech demo.

The screens make it look just like BBS, if early.   MGS looks great too, a little better than Peace Walker.
