Not sure why people are seeing the Vitality Sensor as the Big Omission from Nintendo.
Personally, I thought it was more of a filler side project peripheral from Nintendo for that lack of anything better to announce during last year's conference.
Where anyone got the idea that it was supposed to take the Wii platform to new heights is a mystery to me.
