WOW WOW WOW Nintendo went for the jugular in this presentation! New Donkey Kong Country is going to kick so much ass.. I can't even believe that is real, I've been waiting for that for over a decade! And a Goldeneye Remake?? I'm in shock.. It's like my best gaming moments of my childhood coming back. Who needs Rare when my two favorite games from them are being reincarnated??
Zelda looks fantastic, can't wait to try that out with motion plus.
Epic Mickey was the surprise hit of the show for me. Just looks excellent, and I simply LOVE the art style, particularly with that old school black and white 2D gameplay. I was on the fence with this one but the footage today has completely sold me on it.
And of course, 3DS.. WOW. What needs to be said? Kid Icarus for launch?? Nintendo is clearly aiming for the core. 3rd party support is looking great.. Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, and Assassin's Creed! Simply amazing.
I give the show a 9/10
The only negatives, and I do mean ONLY negatives, were the fact that we didn't see any Vitality Sensor, or Pikmin 3. But a new DKC game alone makes up for this. These were really the only things keeping it from being a perfect 10.
Man.. a NEW DONKEY KONG COUNTRY. I feel like I am dreaming! One of my favorite games of all time is coming back! And It's coming from Retro!
