Thought it was a bit of a meh conference to be honest. When you un-wrap the glossy paper you see it is just another handheld. Which is great if your one of those who like handhelds. Not so great if your one of those who just bought one of the other two new DS's in the past year. Add to that you actually saw nothing, nada, zilch of the thing working. All you saw was a guy talking about what it could do.

So from my perspective it was a lot like MS conference, a lot of shiney stuff that will appeal to the casuals, but not to me. I am however curious to see how Kojima does MGS on it as that could be amazing.

But overall i thought in content sense was worse then MS one. A lot of sequels with little gameplay, a lot of cgi and not much new.

Let's hope Sony will come through with some kick ass games in theirs because this E3 has sucked this far overall.

Watch the show again, since I have no idea how you came to that.

I did watch the show. I just don't think a handheld that has PS2 graphics basically is something for ME to jump about and say how amazing it is. Until i see the 3DS myself i can't make any judgements about it. MS show sucked but at least they showed you the things being played or being used. As i said the presentation was top notch, really entertaining. It is nice to see Kid Icarus back as i loved the orgional. But if you break it down it was flash and little substance. What happens if when people get hold of the 3DS and say it looks crap, will the show still be considered amazing?

I am a hardcore gamer. I love this gens games. I am and never will be a handheld gamer. For me it is now down to Sony to pull games out of the bag that i will enjoy. I am not bashing Nintendo's conference just saying the things they showed are maybe not my thing. Just like a lot of stuff in MS conference.
