Because I actually wanted one and couldn't believe how easily that happened. Ran over tons of speed bumps while blasting music through a CD player, moved my PS3 and old PS2 with games inside before. Never had this problem with a PSP UMD. Yet this happened so easily and quick.

Total not the case here, dude. I looked at the first page of the MS forums and nothing. Would assume a thread about this wouldn't disappear that quickly.
