I can only imagine the reaction of this "game journalist" had Nintendo had a similar presser.
Remember, he is inclined to "like" Microsoft.
To be honest, it seemed to me that Microsoft spent a lot of time on its new toy and not much on other efforts. And the fact it talked about everything but price means that it has some selling to do.
The games shown tended to be either known or expected. The ESPN deal essentially is bringing a version of ESPN 3 to the console -- which means that many a person already has it on their computer from their ISP. The slim was predicted/leaked.
I just wish someone had put an "NSFW" tag on the video.
Remember, not everything that Microsoft does turns out well and not everything that is gushed over works out (remember last year -- everyone hailed "Game Room").
