No hockey with the ESPN deal means I don't give a rats ass.
Also calling for first rights on COD downloadable content does not help a consumer in any way it only helps Microsoft, so it was really just sticking it to the consumer especially ps3 only owners (Not me).
Only one new IP's annonced not involving kinect and an exclusive star wars game is small news, so overall a bad reaction from the press is not suprising.
