No, a console. You see, there is a difference. You just buy the box, connect it to a TV, insert a game and play. While on a PC, you have to buy the box, then the accesories, then install windows, then install the game, see if you have the right specs to play the game you want, etc. So, its not a PC, its a console.
They are all hardware for playing games, but there are differences. Standarisation (console) versus customizacion (PC)
