Some are cut scenes, but a couple clearly have a HUD, meaning in game. Now the cut scene ones do look more detailed the DS could do, especially with the hair, but the in game shots show the textures are pretty close to the PS2 games, even if the polygon count is lower.
The textures are not a suprise, due to a) the PS2 not having texture compression, b) the DS having it, and c) Kingdom Hearts not having textures that detailed in the first place.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
