I intend to buy it, as I buy every DQ game day one, but why should I tell Nintendo?

To get the bonus points in the Nintendo Club.

Is it only for the NA Nintendo Club or does it also work for other Nintendo Club? 

Europe too. Not sure if that game is available already for the "intend to buy list"
