I think Ninty is not playing more safely than any other developer out there with SMG2 and even NSMBWii.
That's just the same lame argumentation, why i'm uninterested in IGN. And i was visiting IGN nearly every day since it was born in N64 era.
What i think is really lazy is all that FPS copy and paste since, yeah since ever, except a few in between like Goldeneye, Halflife and Bioshock.
