That's not actually a woman. It is a demon who purposefully shapes itself into an alluring figure in order to gain your trust. If you were a woman, it would look like a man, ect. It's called a succubus.
The best looking woman in anime is Vampire Moka from Vampire Capu or Seras Victoria from the Hellsing, however, I'm not sure if any games have been made about them.
