They've been basically tied, and the data more or less reflects that. Also, while MC has had PS3 ahead the last 4 weeks, Famitsu hasn't afaik, and neither has Denegeki.

I'm not arguing the statistical tie. I actually think that's kind of neat. I just think it's a bit weird that not once in this 4 week period has VGChartz and MC agreed on who had the slight edge no matter who it may be. I would think the laws of probability in flipping 2 coins 4 times each... One of those times they'd both show heads, or both show tails.

Yeah, it's odd but the numbers are so close (even within 100 units some weeks) that it's a bit of a nonissue. Hardware sales in Japan likely have kinda been sucking all around. :/
