It's 4 days and counting, so it's not surprising that we're getting an onslaught of rumors and speculation.
Wii Hi-Fi, like "Wii HD", does not exist. Nintendo is working on a new console, of course, but that certainly doesn't mean they have to reveal it now. And when they do, it will not just be a carbon copy of the X-box 360. They want a blue ocean, after all.
They still have a lot to do on the Wii! Starfox, Pikmin, New Donkey Kong, Zelda... we need all of that and more before a new console is revealed.
The 3DS mock-up is weird looking. It seems to be going off of the FCC image. If that Chinese blogger has seen a dev kit, he also probably signed an NDA and, if this image is true, he's in for a world of hurt!
Still, this design is ugly and doesn't seem to be what Nintendo would do. This is most likely just normal pre-e3 rumor and speculation.
