It's worth noting that these comments don't actually come from Konami, but rather the head of Mercurysteam. Who isn't even a licensed DS/Wii developer btw.
I guess Nintendo will have to settle for getting the actual CV games, actually made by Konami, rather than outsourced Clone of War with the IP haphazardly grafted on...
