But Reshiram and Zekrom are Digimon... They are mechanical, how could that be?! To me, that's not Pokémon (see, they are different from Magnemite and Magneton, who are robot-alikes, while the new Pokémon arent robots, but mechanical "things" we couldn't call animals). And I'm not saying the games are bad, but I don't like the fact they're aiming for 1000 species, and that's why I wanted it to fail: I just can't stand this explosion of species. And, trust me, Game Freak isn't quite "satisfied" the series is accepted by fans, they're actually happy to have consumers who buy their game anyway so they can keep producing them. It's hard to me to say this, but Miyamoto shouldn't have called Tajiri for a few lessons; that way, Game Freak would go bankrupt after six years and at least I wouldn't have to pass through all of this... I won't be discussing this anymore, ok? Do what you want with these new Pokémon. But thanks, normally discussions like this end up in flames. |
I don't want this discussion to end up in flames, but you're taking quite some bold statements there, especially when you implied that the only correct thing to do was to deny Game Freak any success with these new games. That's not the correct attitude to have. You, I or any fan doesn't have the right to wish bad things to any developer.
Also, the only reasons that you've shown as to why you want the games to do bad is the pokemon designs. What about the rest? The improved battle system? The fusion of Pokecenters and GTS? All of these which are some very good improvements for the series.
Come on, Zekrom and Reshiram have the same similar feeling and look that Kyogre/Goudron and Palkia/Dialga had, especially these last ones. And how do you know they're mechanical? Because to me, they look far from it.
