It's on ITV1 in the uk, BBC1 and ITV1 are the guys who show the worldcup games, thanks to the government, Sky will never get their hands on it anytime soon :D.
As for S.Korea I think it's more down to terrible referring descisions rather than a Fifa conspiracy. Yes the Italy game was dubious but at the same time, Italy had a copious amount of chances to kill the match off but didn't take any of them and as a result paid for it, you only win games if you take your chances.
