About the post office: I have NEVER ordered anything and not had the box torn open just enough for someone to peak inside. I don't trust those motherfuckers.
And your Netflix Wii issues: My first time using the Wii version, it was as slow as molasses. The second time, it was as fast a lightening. I guess it all depends on your connection speed (which can change based on lots of different things).
