Impossible.
It took years just to get to 60, and while I feel the PS3 is just starting to pick up steam, there aren't enough new and exciting games coming out to platinum that many times.
Not every new game that is "supposed" to sell 1M actually does. For example, the PS3 is having trouble getting Bayonetta, Dragon Age, and Borderlands to 1M.
Maybe by the end of 2011. Even that may be a stretch.
