And many of the games between one million and two-thirds of one million (0.66M) are older versions of sports games, music games, or FPS games that have received updates/newer versions. Thus, what is existing is not going to get a lot of new sales.
And asking 40 (or even 30) new IPs to sell 1M in six months time on a base of 35M (presently) is asking a lot.
