I weigh 195 and can easily do 30 push-ups even if I haven't for months (that's where I start at if I haven't). In one go, the most I've done was 65, but I used to spread it out and do sets of 20 around 10-15 times a day. I haven't been able to since I started to be not-so-slackerish and work.
Here's the real question though, how many Hindu push-ups can you do? Even when I could do over 200 push-ups throughout the day, I couldn't do more than 15 Hindu push-ups in one go, those are really tough! They used muscles I just never ever use.
