This is pretty much my feeling.
I would say that if lawyers weren't allowed to sue doctors for being wrong, none of them would be talking about "possible" side effects from 3D TV. The ones saying "maybe" are saying it just to be safe, but at the moment the science suggests it shouldn't be a problem.
No way to be absolutely certain though until we got get some decent longer term studies.
