I expect Nintendo to Show a Typical Hardcore Vision this E3,(a huge direction change) but will try to do so without alienating. Nintendo has a Big Show to Pull off, cause thats going to be hard to do.

Nintendo will not show a "hardcore vision." Nintendo has done everything this generation with the idea that the core market is dying and creating new growth. Why would they ignore all that and have a "hardcore vision?"

Correct, and if anything, they're going to PUSH HARD to keep their blue ocean blue. Vitality Sensor, 3D Games (possibly with a potential health/mental benefit) and the focus on "everyone" is their new strategy and, guess what, its working for them.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
