360 and PS3 are modestly above "LastGen" controls.  Halo and CoD don't compete with MP3 in terms of accuracy or immersive controls. And you continue to miss the point!

Money and time don't just buy graphics. They buy a carefully crafted gameplay experience. They buy an engaging story. They buy voice acting. They buy tight controls and replay value. Any or all of these things could be had if a budget is spent wisely, and they can all be put into a Wii game just like they can all be put into a PS3 game. The less budget you spend, the more compromises you have to make, the fewer people are interested in your game.

MP3 and SMG are great games because Nintendo was willing to spend the necessary money and take the necessary time to make them what they are. Same goes for nearly every good game ever made. No third party dev team has yet tried to match that commitment on Wii. Hence Nintendo software flies off the shelves, and the shovelware gathers dust.

And I notice you've stopped trying to argue that Wii doesn't move software, since it obviously does. How gracious of you to concede that point.

Gameplay is king, I agree...  Different consoles are better at different types of gameplay...  360 online, Wii motion controls, PS3 balanced between the two (just trying to be nice)...

We may or may not agree about software selling on Wii...  I think that 3rd party titles are "unproven" on the Wii outside of successful franchises such as Resident Evil, God Father, Man Hunt, Sonic, etc...  The only other 3rd party that has done really good on Wii is Carnival Games and Red Steel.
