I disagree with Weight being the only thing that needed.
You can shift your weight without moving. Cameras cannot detect that.
You can stand completely still but still able to shift your weight in all directions.
Hardware shouldn't be the problem to approach from a different direction to avoid getting sued.
IMO, the software part is the hardest to make. It's got to be appealing.
