I'm pretty sure Halo: Reach is tracking slightly less then what MW2 was at this time.

The farthest pre-order chart back that I could go to had MW2 at 11 weeks and it put 60k copies on that week for a total of 500k

MS needs to get that hype engine into gage rather soon.
