Agreed.  Nintendo did a nice balance adding in some motion the right way just enough to not ruin the gameplay.  Nintendo is very creative.  I do hope to hear news of a NSMB Wii 2 at upcoming E3 *crosses finger*

No, I would prefer the next Mario to be a launch title for Wii 2... just like super mario world was to Snes.

2D marios need again to be shocking, not just great!
