Japan first day sales (Galaxy 2 launch)

I think that Super Mario Galaxy 2 is doing better in Japan than the original Mario Galaxy did. I read on GameSpot that Super Mario Galaxy 2 was on the top of the charts in Japan during the week of May 24-30.
