Yes and yes, according to my predictions:

360

End of 2010:        48 million
End of 2011:        57 million
End of 2012:        63 million
End of 2013:        67 million

PS3

End of 2010:        45 million
End of 2011:        58 million
End of 2012:        70 million
End of 2013:        79 million

I think the most interesting question is if any HD console reaches 100 million lifetime.  PS3 may do it with a $99 price tag in 2014-2015.
