Despite Mark Rein and other Epic staffers waxing at length on the open nature of the PS3 and the opportunity offered by user-generated content, it emerges today that Unreal Tournament 3 on the PS3 will not support mods at launch, despite the inclusion of such support being one of the game's major selling points on the console.
