You know that an internet expression is over-used when you hear someone in RL using it in a whole different language:

Me:  Claudia, deixaste cair o rato do teu pc (Translation: Claudia, you dropped your PC's mouse)
Her: LOL, a serio? (Translation: LOL, really?)

-_-

 True story?

Yup, my GF uses LOL a lot of time, without any form of context at all since it doesn't fit anywhere near a phrase said in portuguese.

It sounds even stupider in Hebrew =/

I believe you >_< There are some things that shouldn't ever be used outside their natural language.

That's nothing. Did you ever hear somebody say "pwning noobs"?

Never :| In what context would someone even say that in another language? >_<

In the "I play too much Halo" context, of course.

Yeah but in Hebrew.. how?!

"Ani ochel mechonim pwning noobs."

I'm eating wut?

I forgot exactly how he said it, but he was talking about his friends and him dominating the game.
