I dont want to take away from the amazing success that the DS is heaving, dont get me wrong, but even if it outsells it by 10 million units, it wont be a big deal

Still, IMO the PS2 was a far bigger success, mainly because its a home console, and you only need one in your household...The only reason why Ps2 sold was because of the DVD craze back then..so yea. Ps2s always overheated and it always broke.
The DS has become a legacy in gaming. It outsold the Original Gameboy by 30 million units. The DS will be a very tough console to beat in the future.
