Question if someone doesn't mind.
I heard that Sony invested ~$20M into LA Noire and since things weren't working right they ended up pulling the plug and they got Agent as an exclusive for the money they forked out to Rockstar.
Now if R* decides to break the contract and make Agent multiplat, would they need to pay Sony for all the ~20M invested into LA Noire plus any extra they may have been pumping into Agent as well as possibly more incentives?
I heard that a similar situation like this happened with FFXIII and that is how Sony got Japan exclusivity. I would assume things like that would be done to avoid potential lawsuits for the breach of contract?
