Having had the pleasure of playing both Bayo and GOWIII. I have to say that I found Bayo more fun to play, but GOW superior almost all other aspects. GOW had some really epic moments, and stunning graphics (though I havent played Bayo to the end yet).
But I think its pretty close and to most people will come down to personal preference. Had it been the 360 version of Bayo I had, it might possibly have just gained the edge over GOW.
The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them.
