Do you buy your Blu-rays from Amazon? The deals on there are incredible, I rarely if ever buy Blu-rays at regular stores anymore, amazon always have them beat price wise.
As for DD, I dont see it making a big dent anytime soon, for rental yeah the streaming is a great idea, but not for owning them. With music it was a different story, there was a convienence to having you music that portable. But there isnt for movies. And its current marketshare is tiny. Blu-rays first 2 months this year outsold DD for the enitre year last year, and Blu-rays growth was at a pace of 3 times greater than that of DD.
