No, the problem is that people didn't fix their sigs yet. Check this thread out: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=110579
Also, you can go to Settings > Preferences > Tick the "Hide Sigs in Forums" box if you don't want to only read big signatures.
