Without Peter Moore MS's strategy/game department won't last long next year

Moore has a lot of experience, but he has a few failures behind him as well, which have probably made him as aggressive as he is today.
Personally, I think it was a bad idea as well, allthough I don't always like Moore and MS' methods of conducting business.
