Madagascar (#29 for fertility):

Central African Republic (#30 for fertility)
0-14 years: 41.9%
15-64 years: 53.9%
65 years and over: 4.2%
Ivory Coast (#32 for fertility):
0–14 years: 40.6%
15–64 years: 56.6%
65 years and over: 2.8%
