Er... no. It's basic demographics. They have such a young population because they have a very high birthrate. The Palestinian Territories are ranked 31st in the world by fertility, and their age structure is very similar to other countries with a similar birthrate.

Exactly, their population is increasing at an extremely slow pace, even though they have a high fertility rate. They aren't able to live much long, or are forced to leave and live as refugees in foreign lands.

Do you even read what others write?  I bolded the part that badgenome said that I think you should re-read then read what you said again..

That's correct. According to the CIA World Factbook:

Palestinian Territories (#31 for fertility):

0-14 years: 38%
15-64 years: 58.3%
65 years and over: 3.6%

Madagascar (#29 for fertility):

0-14 years: 45%
15-64 years: 52%
65 years and over: 3%

Central African Republic (#30 for fertility)

0-14 years: 41.9%
15-64 years: 53.9%
65 years and over: 4.2%

Ivory Coast (#32 for fertility):

0–14 years: 40.6%
15–64 years: 56.6%
65 years and over: 2.8%

Senegal (#33 for fertility):

0-14 years: 40.8%
15-64 years: 56.1%
65 years and over: 3.1%
