Killzone 3 has been confirmed to support 3D and it looks like Gran Turismo 5 will also support it...probably other titles will join in time...if you own a PS3, are you planning to get a 3DTV sometime in the future and take advantage of the 3D support?
By the end of the year I´ll probably be getting a 55" 3D LED HDTV (Samsung, it costs about $3,000.00) but nothing is set in stone right now.

Id strongly consider Plasma 3D tvs from Samsung or panasonic if you are considering spending that kind of money. They are simple beter for 3d:
1. Plasma TVs have pretty much instantaneous pixel refresh rates and this results in a lack of ghosting and blurring in fast motion videos. LCD's I saw (even LED ones) still have slight ghosting
2. Contrast - when you are flipping between 2 pictures for each eye per second you want as much contrast as you can get. Plasmas still rape LCD's in contrast.
3. Moving picture resolution - Plasamas are the only TV's on the market capable of delivering true 1080p resolution in 3D to each eye. The best LCDs can do 800 lines tops...

really no LCD can do 1080p 3D?
didn't know that cause SAMSUNG and all the other companies are advertising it as FULLHD 3D

Dude, don't waste your time with him! Don't embarrass yourself by talking to a wall...
BTW, thanks to disolitude for derailing the thread before it even reach page 2!! Rarely you stay on topic eh!
OT : Hopefully I'll get it by years end and hopefully Sony bundle it with PS3 like they've been doing regularly, need another PS3 for my soon to be home theater!
BTW, will companies make 3D home projectors?

Well first post I made was on topic but people like Solid_snake post wrong info. Everything I've said i this thread has been said to correct people stating false info. I can't help it when people have a wild imagination when it comes to 3D products...
Otherwise best 3D setup you can do right now is done with projectors. 2 of them to be exact.
2 X 1080p@60hz projectors pointing at 1 screen set up in linear polarized manner will give you a 3D experience that will destroy LCD, Plasma, LED...anything available. Not to mention you need 1 dollar glasses for anyone that wants to watch 3D.
Otherwise the first 3D capable standalone 1080p projector is coming...and costs 10K. http://www.slashgear.com/lg-cf3d-3d-projector-arrives-may-for-10k-0768920/
