Step 1. Start learning other languages. I spent 9 years in french class not learning french. If I could be a kid all over again I'd kick french's ass while also learning Korean, and maybe Chinese (a fair bit of similarities). Learning a second language right now makes me feel dumb as dirt for taking so long to do it. And then by the time I was an adult, I could have so many opportunities open to me around the world
Step 2. Play lots of doctor with my first best friend, who was female.
Step 3. Take up a martial art. Maybe Muay Thai. I was never a very fit kid, but If I'd made a dedicated start at something like that, I'd be a sexy hunka burn'n deadly weapon right now.
Step 4. Play lots of doctor with my second best friend, who was male.
